La Bulle Du Collectionneur

Sometimes there is a desire to close one self in a bubble away from it all. Taking this idea the Hotel du Collectionneur in Paris decided to create for the second year a unique experience through their “Bulle” a unique bar in the middle of their garden, where you can have lunch, tea time or a very special champagne “apperitive” with a special edition of Moët & Chandon and a set of appetizers conceptualized exclusively by famous chefs. I had the opportunity to try the experience and it is quite nice, in the beginning a little awkward, it feels like being part of the interstellar movie or Gravity but with a glass of Champagne :).
