Lanvin FW 2014

This season Albert Elbaz gave a little turn from the usual for the past seasons the collections felt similar in some way, but this season he had a new inspiration, it feels like Jeanne Lanvin decided to visit her house again through the inspiration of Alber, that dark blue, satins, long silhouettes  and the feathered hats made a bridge between the modern Lanvin and the archives of the house, we feel the amazing creativity of Alber but Jeanne breaths in. Held in the dramatic setting setting of the Beaux Arts just beside the Seine in Paris, between the Neon Lights and old statues, mixing sounds of classical musical and stronger rhythms, champagne and chips that are served before the show, make the Lanvin show a full sensorial experience from beginning to end.
