Masha-Ma is a chinese designer that graduated from the acclaimed fashion school Central St. Martins College in London. After working sometime at Alexander McQueen (what better school than that!) she launched her own brand. Since the beginning she has been showing in Paris but this year she got her spot at the official calendar. I confess I was not going to go but as it was beside the Miu-Miu show it would be a great opportunity to discover her designs. I was pleasantly surprised, I knew I would be before the show started as I saw Jefferson Hack and angelica Chung (Director of Vogue China). Her collection was one of the most versatile I saw in the week, you can see different forms, fabrics and embellishments yet you can see it all in the same theme and from the same designer. Feminine, beautiful with a futuristic touch given by the fabrics and shapes, this collection promises to be a success not only in the runways but also in the stores. All the success to Masha-Ma! Oh I almost forgot! what I loved most of everything?… Each and every accessory of flowers, the earrings I want them all.
