Socialite Chic

When I think of Oscar de la Renta, I think of Socialites from New York to Spain, gala events, charities and regular life. An Elegant woman with timeless class and way of dressing. Oscar is about elegance and collections and those events we see in movies and may sometime dream to attend (maybe) in any case Oscar is a sure bet. For this collection I see the indian inspiration on the hair accessories that remind me of the turbans of indian royalty as well as the broaches and some prints. On the other hand I think I see some Chanel with the Tweeds two pieces suits, some of the ways of using the broaches and the shoes. The one place where I see pure Oscar are the nightgowns that can just make you dream, cinderella style.
