Yiqing Yin Haute Couture Haute Couture SS 2012

Ethereal Couture

Chinese designer Yiqing Yin is a perfect example of the new breed of talent in Haute Couture. I just discovered her this season and I was very glad I did. She graduated from the Ecole National des Arts Decoratifs in Paris, has won the prestigious award of Creation awarded by the city of Paris and since July 2011 she is an official guest at the officialHaute Couture show calendar  Paris. She has a very unique style, ethereal, light almost like a dream under water, these characteristics are her trademarks and you can see them in the past collections. This season she played with materials, ruffles and flowy fabrics, giving the feeling of floating in the air when the models passed. The show was held at the Maison de l’Architecture in the 10th district in Paris that was the perfect frame for the collection. In any case it was really a dreamy experience and I know we are going to be amazed by this young woman in the years to come.

Just Flow,

  1. I’m a designer and I’ve just thought of a unique social
network web page. I am only attempting to find ‘beta’ evaluators to search and check
it out. Do you need to opt in? We intend to compensate you.
