L’Arrière

I don’t have models to take pictures for the moment but I have shoes, they are my Lara Stone or Lilly Cole, they inspire me, and combined with Paris it goes beyond inspiration for me. The contrast of the shape of the shoe, it’s color and the landscape gives a lot to play with. I think I want to make this a profession, photograph shoes in Paris and why not around the world, the sky is the limit some people say. This time the back of the shoe inspired, playing with that part of the shoe that makes it very sexy when we wear those heels, my little serendipity of the day was finding that old vespa and play with the mirror to get a unique shot, love it when that happens. This pair are called “Noga” and they are from Walter Steiger SS 2011 collection, they are simply beautiful, that color will make the best accent to any simple out fit, dress or jeans, it will make many heads turn your way. A big thanks to Céline & Walter Steiger for letting me take them out for a walk.
