Pin-Up Kitchen Paris

Exclusive lunch at an iconic place

What do Peter Lindbergh, Patrick Demarchelier, William Klein, Naomi Campbell, Monica Bellucci, Diane Kruger and Claudia Sheiffer have in common? They all have been part of photo shoots at the Pin-Up studio in Paris, the iconic studio was created in 1974 and is today the 4th largest studio in the world (5000 sqm), over the years it has seen the biggest fashion icons pass by.  Today this exclusive world opens a little door to fashion and photography lovers through their restaurant Le Pin-Up Kitchen, every lunch hour between 15 to 20 people are able to reserve and have an amazing lunch (food and service are amazing) and have the opportunity to cross by models, photographers, stylists and make up artists. The place itself is unique built inside what was an old parking the concrete base is kept, accentuated by a modern decoration a copper bar and of course amazing photographs that will change continuously to have the spirit of a gallery and promote different photographers. You can only go there by reserving, preferably one week in advance, it is just open for lunch for the moment but from march 8th there will be the possibility of diners and a big surprise is that every month 2 evenings there will be thematic evenings, where professional photographers will take pictures of the attendees according to the theme. I can’t wait for that :).  Today I had lunch there and it really was a great experience, for me knowing I was having lunch where some of the people I admire most work was exciting, learning about the history of this studio through his manager Bertrand Thoral adding to the great ambiance, service and food. If your are in Paris you can’t miss it. A special thanks to Bertrand for his hospitality and time and to Ana for such a great idea! For more information visit their site.

Love,

Yavidan
