Pierre Herme’s Love Breakfast

Last 2008 the Royal Monceau in Paris closed its’ doors with a Demolition Party attended by major celebrities like Jude Law. Since then for two years they have worked in the “rebirth” directed by Philippe Starck who has worked on several renovations including the one of the Maurice. This October the hotel re-opened its doors with a whole new look and attractions, including the nomination of Pierre Hermé as the Chef Patissier to create a special collection  of desserts and sweet snacks served from breakfast to diner, including special breakfast pancakes and tea-time, a great excuse to check the new decoration and start the day with a delicious breakfast!
