Express to Shanghai

Honoring the philosophy of the house “The Art of Travel”, Marc Jacobs and his amazing team took the magical Fall Winter show to the heart of China in Shanghai. Re-creating the amazing train thousands of kilometers away and inviting some of the most important people inside the international and chinese fashion industry , the house celebrated the opening of their mega store in Dragon-land in a big way.  As I was preparing the pictures I really came to appreciate more and more the collection, even though it was criticized as Prada inspired collection I give credit to Marc for many pieces, yes they have prints that are “similar” but there are come amazing details in every single piece of the collection that are unique, changes of materials, brooches, embroideries and of course the amazing presentation of the girls with their butlers. At the end LV always manages to impress us and I am very sure that is true not only in Paris but Shanghai too!
